Release orca Morgan back into the wild!

Orca Morgan was found malnourished and dehydrated in the Wadden Sea, off the northwestern coast of the Netherlands on the 23rd of June, 2010. Although EU law states that captured orcas must be returned to the wild, the Dolfinarium at Harderwijk who 'rescued' her had no intention of releasing her. Morgan was sold to Loro Parque, Tenerife and now lives in a small unnatural environment away from her family.

Out of the zoo... into a sanctuary!

For most of the year, Bamboo, Chai, and Watoto live 16 to 17 hours a day in a small, barren barn room. When they finally get outdoors they only have a fraction of an acre. The Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwald, Tennessee already agreed to take the elephants in for free, so they can enjoy 2.700 acres of hills, fields, forests, and a 25 acre lake.

Incredible India? Incredible cruelty!

Jallikattu, or Manju Virattu, takes place in Palamedu and Alanganallur, two villages near the temple town of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India and is a cruel contact game in which terrified bulls are surrounded by hundreds of shouting men, are hit with fists, have their tails twisted and pulled - or even snapped and broken – and are jumped on and wrestled to the ground.

Ask the Indian Tourism Minister to enforce the ban on Jallikattu ►

Close down the world's last circuses with dolphins

Indonesia is home to the world’s last remaining traveling dolphin circuses. Over 72 dolphins are kept in the most appalling of conditions to perform for audiences across the island of Java. The animals are frequently hauled out of their plastic pools and loaded into trucks along with other animals as the circuses move from town to town. Many of the dolphins die due to stress and lack of proper care during transportation.
