What information is collected?
When you visit 3dayz, we collect your browser type, OS type, IP address, and geocode (if available from your browser) and any other relevant profile information that we may from time-to-time expressly solicit from members. This information is gathered for all 3dayz visitors, and logged within Google Analytics.
We also collect names and email addresses submitted by the 'Join our action list' form and the 'Submit your action' form. If you no longer wish to receive updates from 3dayz simply opt out by sending us an email with in the subject field 'Action list sign out' or follow the instructions of our next campaign mail.
Why is this information gathered and how is it used?
All information gathered by 3dayz is for the express purpose of enabling a more productive and efficient experience for our users. We do not sell user information. Private information gathered may be used to verify users in order to increase the soundness of a Campaign or to keep users up to date depending on which form they used. The posting of personal information on 3dayz is entirely at your own risk.
IP address and other browser information can only be gathered when the settings on the users’ computer allow for it.
Campaign information, detached from any private information, will also be reviewed by 3dayz staff periodically for the purpose of improving the website and enforcing the Terms of Use. We may occasionally email you notifications regarding new services and the status of a Campaign you belong to.
PayPal Information and Security
3dayz does not store PayPal information. PayPal transactions are transmitted using the secured site and server of PayPal of which we have no control over. Any breaches of security while transmitting a transaction using PayPal should be directed at PayPal.
Archives
3dayz may keep copies of user information or Campaigns after their removal from the site in archive storage.
Changes to this privacy policy
3dayz may amend this privacy policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the privacy policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the website of 3dayz to allow you to learn what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
Conditions of Use
If you decide to visit the website of 3dayz, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this privacy policy and our Terms of Service, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of European Union law.
